Great news – we’re completely indoors! Rain or shine, your fun is guaranteed. Our climate-controlled facility means perfect bouncing weather every day. No cancellations, no disappointments, just pure indoor adventure regardless of what’s happening outside!
Absolutely! We love having parents join the fun. You can watch from our comfortable viewing areas with complimentary coffee, or even join in the bouncing action (we have areas suitable for adults too!). For school groups, teachers get free entry as mentioned in our packages. We believe family fun is the best fun!
Just bring your excitement! We provide special grip socks for all our bounce zones (included in most packages, or available for purchase). Regular clothes are perfect – just avoid belts, jewelry, or anything with sharp edges. We’ll provide safety briefings and any equipment needed for activities!
We offer delicious snack packages, but we understand special dietary needs! You can bring your own food for medical/allergy reasons with advance notice. For birthday parties, you’re welcome to bring your own cake. Just let us know when booking so we can accommodate your needs perfectly!
We recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead for school groups and 1-2 weeks for birthday parties (weekends book up fast!). Life happens, so we offer free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your session. Less than 48 hours? We’ll work with you – just give us a call and we’ll find a solution together!
